New York City/November 4, 2008/3mnewswire.org/-- Our editorial offices throughout the world have been trying hard to get in touch with important people and to gather the important information and news. Because of the No-bugdet conditions, we have been not very successful to gather all the news and information as we wanted to gather the news.

Since the year 2007 IBS Independent Broadcasting Service Liberty, Radio IBS Liberty and IBS Television Liberty are operating under no-budget conditions. One of our colleagues has got killed in 2007 and since 19 months I do suffer also under the condition of torture which has been international recorded, observed and filed in public documentation for simply producing reports about democracy, liberty, human rights and the abuses and violations against human rights.

On October 19, 2007 (about one year ago) I have requested with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington D. C, United States of America according to ARTICLE 15, UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS (proclaimed by the United Nations) the change of citizenship and nationality from the German citizenship and nationality to the American citizenship and nationality. I am still waiting.

In Germany independent and alternative journalists do not get shot. If in Germany independent and alternative journalists are killed by political forces they usually have to starve to death as it happened several sometimes in the past already.


Officially Germany is the only one country in world in which in official reports and statistics not one journalist has been ever injured or killed for any kind of reports. You may do your own research and investigation on this subject and you will be surprised.

Sometimes critical journalist are involved in so called accidents and get killed in these so called accidents which sometimes some years later can be discovered as no accidents but strange co-incidents of happenings which will lead to the death of critical journalists.

Usually critical journalists in Germany are forced to quit their job and are expelled from earning any kind of money, which have caused in several cases that journalists have got homeless and have been starving to death. If a man or woman is shot to death or is starving to death makes no real big difference, because the result will be always the same: DEATH.

Recently I have declared again in the public that I want to change the citizenship from the German one into the American citizenship and that I want to leave Europe and to travel to the United States of America. Even if people do not understand I am very serious about my public statement that in the country of Germany as a French-German citizen by birth and as a journalist, author and broadcast journalist, I do not want even to be buried. Certainly I have made this public statement for political reasons. Again, I the public I have to declare, I want to change citizenship, I want to leave Europe and if I am going to die after some while I want to be buried in the United States of America.

Through torture many people have tried to change my mind. In this case if have to hold fast and stand fast. My grandmother Mrs. Martha Kolacz has change her citizenship in 1950 and has left Germany forever. She returned not for a single second back to Germany. She is a very great example to me.

There is always a way to change citizenship and I want to change the citizenshio according to ARTICLE 15, UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS, proclaimed in 1948 by the United Nations in New York City in the United States of America.

Certainly as some American citizen have told me I did the Green Card Lottery also and I have lost a lot of money simply for nothing and actually the company which is providing the Green Gard Lottery got rich, while the HUMAN RIGHTS are violated and abused.

Article 15

1. Everyone has the right to a nationality.
2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

Do your own research if you are any observers, journalist, news correspondents from another country and if you are working as unembeded independent or alternative journalists. Why I do have to encourage you to do your own research. We have received a lot of press and news releases which are from Anti-Obama campaigns while our editiorial offices have received almost nil (ZERO) news releases from Pro-Obama campaigns.

This could lead to the false conclusion, that we might support a Republican Senator. This is by no means the case ! Without money it is a little bit difficult to gather all the news and information as traveling, phone calls, digital tapes, DVD, CD´s, Cameras, Computers, studios, writing letters, taking photographs, producing television and radio programs, electricity in Germany costs quite a lot of money and even in other countries.

We do receive no money not one single cent through paid advertising, we have no commercial and no governmental financial supporters and therefore we are dependent upon the support through other journalist, by selling some of our products or on donations. In the they 2007 and 2008 we have received not one cent as donation.

The freedom of press I do treat as an elementary and fundamental part of a democracy. If the reports of alternative and independent media are only dependent upon the goodwill of financial "dictators" - this means not the donors or listeners which could support the television and radio programs - than there is actually not a democracy anymore and no more freedom of the press.

Therefore we have to continue to work and to produce alternative television and radio reports even while not receiving any kind of money for the budget, which is needed.

Certainly I do believe that all of us and especially may journalists, broadcast journalists, television and radio producers, authors or media workers should be engaged in working for democracy. the liberty of the press and justice.

You should know that as independent and alternative media network we are trying hard to publish reports from many different perspectives.

During the U.S. election 2008 we only encourage our readers TO VOTE, but we do not encourage our readers to vote for Senator John Mc Cain or Senator Barack Obama or any other U.S. presidential candidate, as there are not only two candidates.

This is a decision which only precious voters in the United States of America should make on election day of November 4, 2008.
