Appalachian Advocacy Organization Exposes Corrupt Public Officials in Tennessee
SUNBRIGHT, Tenn., Sept. 3 /Christian Newswire/ -- Christian Citizens against Corruption. A recent press release has had a positive impact on several of the cases under investigation by the Appalachian Advocacy Organization for the Elderly and Abused. A change of venue was obtained in a Cumberland County case and in a Fentress County custody case where the court appointed attorney suddenly filed a motion to with draw. In Union County, the judge appointed a new defense attorney and set a hearing date on a Motion for Retrial. No progress has been reported yet on the case of the disabled veteran who starved to death in an assisted living facility.
Attempted acts of Persecution appear to have increased against the Appalachian Advocacy Association. "Illegal seizure of property under color of law being clear violations of the 14th amendment, breaking and entering by known thieves and drug dealers where our files computers, etc. were stolen where law enforcement refused to even take complaints or investigate on orders of the Judge. Informants are not only protected but allowed to operate freely under the protection of the court amounting to court sanctioned theft. Some acts may be committed by clerks in collusion with lawyers with out the Judges knowledge. While we have prevailed legally it is at considerable cost of time and resource. We hope others who have suffered abuses by a corrupt Judiciary will contact us so we can work together seeking truth and justice," replies Mr. Todd.
The association is in the process of filing formal complaints about corruption, misconduct and abuse with numerous state and federal agencies. Not much action is expected from state agencies since corruption is wide spread through out state offices and where Judges and public officials can be easily influenced by financial institutions, liberal thinking and special gifts.
Tennessee and all states need some sort of Judicial Accountability Law managed and overseen by non lawyers in order to protect the general public from corrupt and abusive Judges. An excellent example to support this is the case of former Disciplinary Council Joe G. Rileys sudden retirement found at: http://www.geocities.com/jailtnchapter/judge_riley? 2008 or just Google Disciplinary Council Joe G. Riley.
Every American citizen is endowed with an inherent right and responsibility to hold public officials accountable. For further information visit: www.tnccc.com.
