'Fight For America' Bread of Stone Urges Christian Vote

NASHVILLE, October 30 /Christian Newswire/ -- With the November 4th Election being less than one week away, Bread of Stone hit the media trail this past month, discussing the importance of voting on the principles this country was founded on and why it is important to vote. Ben Kristijanto, lead singer and co-founder of the band, shared his views on the importance of encouraging Evangelicals, especially young adults to cast their ballots.

Having done over two dozen interviews during the month of October, Bread of Stone hit the road sharing their testimony, discussing the importance of voting and performing on Christian and mainstream radio and television stations, including FamilyNet's "Everyday with Lisa and Marcus" and "Mornings with Lorri and Larry," which airs not only live on TV, but also simulcast on Sirius Radio. While in Atlanta, the band stopped at WATC-TV 57's Atlanta Live, where they were interviewed by Bishop William Sheals and performed 5 songs throughout the live show. Continuing to Montgomery, AL, the band was featured during the morning show on WAKA-TV, a CBS affiliate.

Throughout the month, Bill and Ben Kristijanto shared how their ministry began in 2004 and talked about living in Indonesia, the largest Muslim country the first 9 years of their life. The band was interviewed by stations including, The Path FM, WJTL, His Radio, WEKZ, WEEC, and The River, a new Christian radio station in Montgomery, AL.

Finishing up the month of touring and media, Bread of Stone is gearing up for a December Christmas tour with Superchick.
