Mr. Terry will give to the Wichita press new documentation that shows this is the third time that Troy Newman or his compatriots (Jeff White, et. al.) sought to steal the name Operation Rescue.
This evidence was found in the Operation Rescue National archives today (June 5).
This evidence will further prove that Mr. Newman lied under oath to the Trademark Office, when he claimed that he had been using the name Operation Rescue since 1991.
Mr. Terry will also give the press a pre-publication copy of a new booklet documenting the 15 year attempt by certain men to steal the name, Operation Rescue.
